CMA Is Selected to Serve the Waterscape Community

Plano, Texas, January 15, 2019 – RTI/Community Management Associates, Inc. has been selected to provide professional association management services for Waterscape in Royse City.

Developed by Huffines Communities, Waterscape is located less than a mile from Interstate 30 at FM 548 and Crenshaw Road and will have more than 1000 homes at completion.

Amenities will include a 4,000 sq. ft. complex with large resort style pool, volleyball net, children’s play area, hike-and-bike trails, and a catch and release pond.

“We’ve designed the amenity center to enhance the lives of our residents and help facilitate friendships among neighbors,” said Colin Huffines.  “Our goal is to create a place where families can have fun!”

CMA began management in the fourth quarter of 2018.  “We are thrilled to be working with Huffines Communities on this outstanding project”, says Judi Phares, CMA President and CEO.
